What We Do
We do n´tear-n´thread client-server software development using several programming languages. We
program in Visual Basic (.Net), Visual FoxPro (6.0-8.0), MS T-SQL
(6.5/7.0/2000), C/C++ (VC), Clipper (5.1), dBase (III/IV/V), MS-Access (VBA), and JCL
We do Web site development and Web based applications, simple and complex, for corporate
presence in the Internet and/or e-commerce. We use HTML, DHTML and the latest .Net
technology ASP (.Net), VBScript, JScript, and SharePoint Portals for the
Intranets. We support the Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS).
We produce a wide range of IT software tools and hardware solutions,

build network servers and Internet servers under specification, and
provide Web hosting services and Web development.
Our award winner customers base builder, "EmailGrabber", is
one of many powerful tools we´ve produced. We also offer other IT
products and
services that just make sense.

Company Profile
 Hello visitor, my name is Pedro Antonio Jaramillo, (Peter), I am the President of
the CEI-World,
with over 20 years of solid experience as a Systems Programmer Analyst, I have
founded this small enterprise of IT solutions fully committed to serve you, and
satisfy you, superbly.
While other companies will offer you solutions on what "they think" the future will be,
I have decided to work directly with IT Executives and MIS Directors to mold
our business to their specific needs. Solving existing problems and projects,
while considering of course any future requirements.
So far, for the past 8 of the 20 years of my career, I´ve been working as an independent contractor providing my
professional services in many companies located in several cities and countries
all over the world, I practically enjoyed traveling and meeting new people and
new places.
During my career, I have served directly or indirectly to several fortune 500
corporations like Microsoft Corp., ADVO Inc, and also, several large software contractors like
Addecco/TAD, VOLT-Professional Services, and others.
While working as a Senior Programmer
Analyst and later as the ADVO-ATZ Project Manager for BLR Data in Tucson, AZ, I had the
opportunity to work in a large scale information system, now implemented in over
2000 branch offices in the United States of America, (The Advo ATZ Project -
www.advo.com
).
Since BLR Data closed the offices in 1996, (sold assets), I had no other choice
than starting a new career as an independent contractor, always looking for the right
opportunity to rejoin a similar company. BLR DATA was undoubtedly, one of the
best work experience I had in the USA.
Traveling has never been a major problem, I have been in several states, (IL,
FL, NH, CA, TN, TX, AZ, NM, NY, NJ), and traveled to different countries, (USA,
Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador).
